I lead teams of people in creating effective, useful content and digital services. I also love to roll up my sleeves and work with content myself.
I’m keen on plain English and on putting the user at the centre of content design. I understand how well-crafted language affects behaviour, and how it improves the experience of people using it. Good content that meets your customers' needs will meet your goals too.
My government and private sector experience has given me a good understanding of policy and commercial objectives. I can deliver those objectives through strong content and design.
